Better Built Contractors is a top tier roofing company in South Louisiana and I would highly recommend their team for all of your roofing needs. After a major hail storm came through causing much damage in the area, Jeremy worked with me through the entire process including roof inspection, damage assessment, and the claims process. He and his team were very professional and truly care about customer service which was evident by the time they took to show me different roofs and shingle options, and also taking care to minimize any disruption during the job. Their crew came in and completed the work in a very safe and efficient manner and did a fantastic job of clean up. Unlike many fly by night roofing companies who just come in and change as many roofs as possible, as quickly as possible, Better Built takes the time to follow up even after the work is done to make sure you are satisfied with the work, but also to explain the warranty and give you contacts if anything does go wrong. Better Built is now a part of the family as they have done work for multiple family members and friends of ours. I highly recommend these guys and would definitely use them again for any roofing needs!
